|Growing up in Santa Fe in a family of well known musicians, Yvette Lopez was singing in a mariachi group by the age of 11. At 17 she was sidetracked by modeling and appeared the first time in Playboy at 19. Over the next several years she went on to appear in many magazines, both American and Latin, including Maxim, Lowrider and FHM's "100 Hottest Celebrities". A few independent films later and a pilot with Zalman King, Yvette finally found her way back to the music. Working with such illustrious producer/songwriters as Jens Gad and Peter Rafelson, she currently has nearly ten songs recorded for a new CD, some of which are now being played at clubs and radio stations in Europe and Latin America. Yvette appears with the 1966 GT40.
